Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Return Process:

- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or the return is a result of our error.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- 10% restocking fee will apply
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing photos of the damage or defect.
